### Can you add my logo, photograph or supplied artwork to a bar sign?
Yes. Two Fat Blokes can work with your logo, photograph or supplied artwork for a custom bar sign. Email your image to ash@twofb.com so the design can be discussed and prepared. For a ready-designed sign, choose a design, shape and size, then enter your bar name and secondary text. ### Can you create an original bar sign design for me?
Yes. Two Fat Blokes offers fully custom bespoke bar signs as well as its ready-designed personalised range. Email ash@twofb.com first to discuss your idea and create a design brief. Bespoke work may involve additional charges, which will be explained when your requirements are reviewed. This is suitable for original designs, traditional pub signs and village-style pub signs. ### Will I receive a digital proof before my bar sign is made?
Yes. After you order, Two Fat Blokes sends an artwork proof to your email address in under 2 days. You can reply to approve it or request amendments. If there is no reply after 48 hours, approval is assumed and the sign is scheduled for manufacture. This proof stage helps confirm the bar name, secondary text, logo and artwork before production.

### Are your personalised bar signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Personalised bar signs are made from 3mm aluminium composite, printed with UV inks and sealed for protection. They are waterproof and UV resistant, making them suitable for outdoor use in the UK climate. In extremely windy, exposed locations, use a safe chain at the bottom or take the sign down during storm-force winds. ### What warranty do you offer on an outdoor personalised bar sign?
Personalised bar signs carry a 5-year warranty against defects. This warranty applies to the personalised bar signs, not automatically to every accessory. Bar runners, coasters,  and vinyls carry a 1-year warranty against defects. The sign material is 3mm aluminium composite with a sealed, UV-resistant finish. Please contact Two Fat Blokes if your product arrives damaged or faulty.

### How long does a custom bar sign take to arrive?
Two Fat Blokes sends the artwork proof in under 2 days. Once you approve the artwork, the sign enters the production schedule and can take up to 10 working days to manufacture, plus shipping time. During the run-up to Christmas, production may take a few additional days. Delivery is free to the UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand; some other destinations may incur shipping fees at cost.

### Can you make signs for pubs, cafés, shops or other commercial orders?
Yes. Two Fat Blokes makes bespoke bar signs for commercial settings such as pubs, cafés and shops. Email ash@twofb.com with your requirements so the team can discuss the design, prepare a brief and confirm any bespoke charges. ### How do I order a ready-designed personalised bar sign?
Choose a design, shape and size from the personalised range, enter your bar name and any secondary text such as an established date, then add the sign to your cart. Pay using your chosen payment method. You will receive an artwork proof by email in under 2 days, then the sign is manufactured after approval.
